Cleft lip is one of the most neglected body conditions. Every year, in India around 40,000 children are born and every tenth in them dies before his or her first birthday. Further, the deformity also causes tremendous emotional suffering calling for immediate attention and action.

An ardent believer of sustainable and holistic growth, NR Group has initiated many a causes for the betterment of the society. This passion to give back to the society has resulted in NR Group instituting various initiatives like Project Prerepana, Cycle Scholarship, and Project Unnati. The initiatives are focused on empowering women and children from underprivileged section of the society. The company also works extensively towards preserving and promoting the cultural heritage, traditions and art forms. In fact, the stress on nurturing talent, especially sporting talent from smaller towns has motivated NR Group to associate with KPL. When KPL was announced, it was felt that a strong association with the tournament will be a rallying point in encouraging and nurturing cricketing talent in the hinterlands of Karnataka, and giving them an opportunity for professional exposure. NR Group dreams that within a few years at least few players selected through the talent hunts and nurtured by Mysuru Warriors will make it to the national team. NR Group has a true passion for cricket, and aspires to work for the overall development of the game and its players.
